Payment Policy – Milestone Andaman
At Milestone Andaman, we aim to make your booking and payment process simple, transparent, and secure. This Payment Policy outlines all terms related to payments, billing, accepted methods, and financial transactions associated with your tour package. By making a booking with us, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Booking Advance
1.1 To confirm your reservation, guests are required to pay 50% – 70% of the total package amount as an advance.
1.2 Bookings are considered “provisionally confirmed” only after the advance payment is received and verified by our accounts team.
1.3 The remaining 50% payment must be completed:
At least 2 days before arrival, OR
In cash on arrival, before the commencement of the tour services.
2. Accepted Modes of Payment
Milestone Andaman accepts the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS/UPI)
Cash Payments in Indian Rupees (as per government cash limits)
UPI Transfers to the official company UPI ID (if provided by the Company during booking)
Note:
We do not accept cheque payments.
Payments made to any bank account other than the official company account listed below will not be considered valid.
3. Official Bank Account Details

Milestone Andaman will not be responsible for payments made to unofficial or incorrect accounts.
4. Payment Confirmation
4.1 After transferring the amount, guests must share:
Payment screenshot or UTR number
Name of the payer
Booking reference (if already issued)
4.2 The booking will be marked “confirmed” only after the Company verifies and acknowledges the payment.
5. Balance Payment Policy
5.1 The remaining amount must be cleared before the start of the tour.
5.2 Failure to pay the remaining amount may result in cancellation of services without refund, as per the Cancellation Policy.
5.3 For cash payments upon arrival, guests must issue the balance payment before the first day’s pickup.
6. Additional Charges
The following charges, when applicable, must be borne by the guest:
Bank charges for international transfers
Payment gateway fees (if applicable)
Cross-border transaction fees (charged by issuing bank)
Currency conversion charges
Late payment penalties (if applicable)
Milestone Andaman does not add or collect any additional charges beyond what the bank/payment provider charges.
7. Unauthorized Payments
Milestone Andaman shall not be liable for:
Payments made to any person other than authorized representatives
Payments made to personal accounts of staff members
Payments made to third-party accounts without written consent from the Company
In such cases, the Company reserves the right to deny services without refund.
8. GST (Goods & Services Tax)
GST is applicable on all tour packages as per Government of India guidelines.
Guests will be notified of applicable GST charges during booking.
9. Fraud Prevention & Security
To prevent fraudulent transactions:
Confirm payment details only through official communication channels
Avoid transferring money to unknown or unverified accounts
Keep your transaction receipt until the tour is complete
Milestone Andaman will never ask for passwords, OTPs, or confidential banking information.
10. Invoice & Billing
10.1 Guests will receive an official invoice after the full payment is made.
10.2 Invoices are issued digitally via email or WhatsApp.
10.3 Any correction in the invoice must be requested within 48 hours of receipt.
11. Disputes & Chargebacks
In case of disputes related to payments:
Contact the Company to resolve the issue amicably
Chargebacks without informing the Company will be treated as a violation of terms
Any dispute related to payments will fall under the jurisdiction of Andaman & Nicobar Islands courts
12. Agreement to Payment Policy
By making a booking or transferring funds, guests acknowledge and agree to this Payment Policy in full.
